CSU-Northridge Faculty Development: 1. Yesterday we did the culminating workshops for our Winter-Spring eLearning Institute, that includes QLT self/peer reviews (focus online teaching/QLT etc. with 12 funded faculty who were really happy they signed up for that!) 2. A few days left in our May Get Up to Speed with Online Teaching program, which was combo asynchronous and synchronous in collaboration with campus partners Faculty Technology Center and Tseng Distance Learning Team (focused on pedagogy AND technology, 130 faculty in progress now, ends May 24th). 3. New programs starting June 1 include a summer session of Get Up to Speed and eLearning Institute, plus Faculty Technology Center are running Bootcamps and Instensives - all listed at the new site we just rolled out last night that lists all the programs in one place: https://www.csun.edu/help4faculty

Cal Poly SLO - we have about 130 people signed up for summer training (Intro to Online Teaching & Learning) as well as a plan for multiple asynchronous or synchronous (Zoom) workshops on both Canvas and online pedagogy. Our summer session is fully online, and Fall is primarily online (some synchronous, 15% or less in person labs with a plan to convert to online if need be). Feeling good about the training, Provost has secured $150K in funding for stipends which has been a huge boost to enrollments.

CSUCI: CI THRIVE Summer Programming is in development (Ashley’s Spreadsheet capture it). We are still navigating a few pieces with Senior Leadership. 1. Orientation and Faculty Develop a Learning Plan. 2. Faculty choose to either complete independently or with a Learning Community. 3. Faculty select from Labs, Microcourses, and Webinars according to Learning Plan. 4. All Faculty complete a Capstone Project to earn a stipend and a Badge (Badge aligned to QLT). Labs & MicroCourses are lightly facilitated.

CSU Bakersfield: We're down an instructional designer and we have a new director, Rebecca Weller. So we're working hard to create a plan for summer training for faculty, but without our normal QM training that was face-to-face, it's difficult making our own adjustments. Here are some resources we have for faculty so far: https://www.csub.edu/tlc/Academic_Continuity_Resources/index.html
