No microphone here, in a cubicle farm :-) Cal Poly SLO: We have made the initial transition into Canvas, and workshops are rolling out. Our Quality Online Teaching Academy (QOTA) is in full swing and we are gearing up for the call for proposals for the next cohort. Talks are taking place at high levels to increase our online courses, and I expect next year's QOTA to at least double, to 24 participants or more. Our current cohort is starting the Accessibility & UDL course (4 week training) next week. Lots happening, and we have two faculty in the SQuAiR program who are working on our campus stats - all good stuff!

SF State updates: We’re currently teaching the Winter Learning Community (4 weeks) of our QLT Online Teaching Lab, with 40 faculty participating. Our focus has been on creating online community and we are thrilled with the results so far. The faculty-faculty conversations have been very generative with a lot of rich dialogue happening among them!

CSUF Update - We had 23 faculty complete APPQMR in Jan. We are hoping 8 of them will do a self-review of their online course using QM 23 essential standards by June. Hoping to have 1 or 2 courses go for QM certification this summer, as well as another 20-25 faculty complete APPQMR in June.

CSUCI Notes: 9 complete OTPP for Fall 2019 (approximately 100 total faculty have completed our program)Spring 2020 - OTPP Impact study - TPACK Survey to gather information about faculty perception of learning and satisfaction. Part 2 semi structured interviews and course observation with QLT. Looking for alignment between TPACK and QLT (perception and actual practice).Growing online - 3 courses launching for Spring 2020 - New disciplines - sociology and math. 12 total participants. This semester we will hold monthly community meetings in Zoom to try and build cross discipline sharing and collaborative problem solving.12 new online courses (fingers crossed) by Fall 2020Each of these courses will undergo informal review using QLT after their initial pilot. Documenting process, time required, and cost of high-touch instructional design support to yield high quality pilots.

Pomona:1. EACH PROGRAM: WE have completed our first semester for the newly developed EACH program. Again that is eLearning Accessibility Champions. We had faculty champions in each of our colleges deliver both an accessibility workshop and a quality assurance workshop within their respective colleges. Those who attended appreciated the opportunity and were extremely engaged. This semester our eLearning team will be working on marketing strategies to bring more of our faculty into these workshops so we are planning to do more targeted marketing with the departments.2. BLACKBOARD MASTERY SEMINAR (2-DAY): Instructing faculty on the use of specific Blackboard tools, including time spent practicing creating tests, assignments, course reports. Promoting the QM template for organization and navigation and Bb Ally for Accessibility.3. HYBRID/ONLINE/FLIPPED CLASSROOM SHORT COURSE (2-DAY): Workshop for faculty on effective course design, agenda items included: effective learning outcomes, transparent assignments,
